"Strive for Perfection, Embrace the Challenge"
Outdoor field bowling, also known as lawn bowling or lawn bowls, was not commonly played or featured as a major sport in Malaysia, especially in the Malaysia National Stadium, also known as Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil.
Lawn bowling is a precision sport that involves rolling biased balls (bowls) on a flat, manicured grass surface (lawn) to get them as close as possible to a smaller target ball called the jack. While lawn bowling is popular in certain countries, its presence in Malaysia has been relatively limited compared to other sports.
